Una autorización no es un cheque en blanco: cada entidad tiene aprobados unos servicios concretos del artículo 3 de MiCA. Una plataforma puede estar autorizada para custodiar tus criptoactivos y no para vendértelos a cambio de euros. Es la distinción que más se pasa por alto.
En orden alfabético. No es un ranking: que una entidad esté autorizada dice que puede operar legalmente, no que sea la mejor opción, ni barata, ni adecuada para ti. Las comisiones, el servicio y la solvencia no salen de este registro y hay que mirarlos aparte.

No hace falta que nos creas. El registro es público: busca el nombre de la entidad —no el de la marca comercial— en el registro de la CNMV o en el de ESMA. Ojo con dos cosas que despistan:
Que no aparezca no siempre significa que sea un fraude: puede tener la solicitud en trámite, haberla retirado o haber decidido no operar en la Unión Europea. Lo que sí significa es que no puede prestarte servicio legalmente en España, y que si algo sale mal no tienes detrás el marco de protección que MiCA da a los clientes de una entidad autorizada.
El caso más conocido es Binance, que retiró su solicitud de licencia MiCA en junio de 2026 y comunicó a sus usuarios españoles que dejaba de prestar servicios el 1 de julio.
