What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your language preference or whether you are signed in.

Which cookies do we use?

At Jukipto.com we use only two kinds of cookies:

Important: The Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) are only switched on if you explicitly accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you press Reject, those cookies are not installed; and if you had accepted them earlier, any that were already stored are deleted at that moment.

Why do we need analytics cookies?

Google Analytics cookies let us know how many people visit Jukipto.com, which pages are the most popular and how our cryptocurrency content is improving. All the data is anonymous and aggregated — we never know who you are as an individual.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice whenever you like, without touching your browser settings and without giving us any explanation. Withdrawing it costs exactly the same as giving it: one click.

Transfers outside the European Union

If you accept analytics cookies, the data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. That transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google has signed up, and on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. If you reject analytics cookies no transfer takes place at all, because nothing from Google is loaded.

Legal basis

Necessary cookies are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the Spanish act on information society services and electronic commerce: they are indispensable in order to provide a service you have expressly requested. Analytics cookies are installed only with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation), which you can withdraw at any time without that affecting anything you can do on the site.

We store the date and the version of your choice in the accept_cookies_v cookie so that we can evidence your consent, as Article 7(1) of the GDPR requires. We do not cross-reference that data with your account or with anything else.
